Who was elected in 2026

Every seat decided in Barrie's municipal election of October 26, 2026: the mayor, the ten ward councillors and the school board trustees, on the City's unofficial count. The new council and trustees take office on November 15; until then the current members hold their seats.

These are unofficial results. They come from the City's unofficial results page on election night. The City Clerk certifies the official results later in the week; this page then follows the certificate, and anything that changed is noted on the updates page.

"Re-elected" means a member of the current council or board (elected in 2022, under the previous ward boundaries for council); "returning", someone who held the office before but does not now; "new", neither.
